I just really love like the experience of living on campus. The biggest reason for me personally was the convenience just knowing I could just walk out, catch shuttle and go straight to class. And then the social life, I get to live that right down the hall from all my friends. And then the academic support, there's a lot of help and resources you can get. And it's super helpful. My favorite part was definitely R.O.A.R Camp. It was a lot of different activities for a couple of days. It's super fun when you're like actually doing it. Great way to meet a lot of different people. And then my second favorite thing about living on campus was academic help that you receive. The tutors and academic events, where they can do supplemental things. Like, if you need help with writing and essays or if you're struggling in math. And then on top of that, RA's, they'll host programs, just a way to get to know other people, how to survive, and be a college student-- just tips and tricks like that. And we have the Living Learning Community. And what that program is, it's like you're around people with the same major as you. And you study in groups, and it's normally hosted by like professors some weeks. So it's a great way to like a learn how to study. And then on top of that, you're building a more personal relationship with your professor. Additional positives are definitely like the room size. So there's no community bathrooms, which is amazing. You would share the bathroom with max like three other people, which is not bad at all. And you would only like share room with potentially one person. That's how I met my best friend to this day. So I still talk to her all the time. And not having to worry about bills, you know, it's just one big fee every semester. So it's just so much easier that way. The best part about the shuttle service is the convenience. By far you only have to walk right outside. You can catch a shuttle, go to your class, and not have to worry about having to fight for a parking spot on campus. Just super-- super convenient. And we have the public safety officers, they're always riding around the campus, whenever we do need any help, we will have access to any public safety officer that we need. If we just go downstairs, and the building is very secure, because you have to have a JAG ID just to get in the building. And then you have to have access to get in through the elevators, which takes you up through the rooms. So living on campus has helped me overall just because I got to build relationships with the people I live with. I was able to network with people even my major, and we're able to find different programs, and research opportunities, and just different ways to help build my college career so early on.
